Sara's Garden Center Returns Policy

Sara's Garden Center values our customer relationships and aim to maximize your shopping experience. If you have any issues with any product purchased at Sara's Garden Center, you are welcome to return to our online store. For more information, please see below:

Defective

For issues with defective items, please contact Sara's Garden Center customer service at YOUR EMAIL HERE within 5 days of shipment to report issue. Sara's Garden Center has the right to request that all returns are subject to inspection, either via pictures or inspection at own site. If a return is requested, using the Sara's Garden Center provided return slip, the customer must then ship defective item back to Sara's Garden Center site for inspection. If item is found to be defective, Sara's Garden Center will credit the customer’s account the full order amount (product cost plus freight) and return freight. If product is found to be in good shape, customer will be subject to Buyer’s Remorse return policy. For exchange item, please place new order through Sara's Garden Center.

Buyer’s Remorse

For returns related to buyer’s remorse, please contact Sara's Garden Center customer service at YOUR EMAIL HERE within 5 days of shipment to report issue. Customer must then ship item back to Sara's Garden Center for full refund of product sale price less 15% restocking fee. For exchange item, please place new order through Sara's Garden Center. Credit will not be issued until inventory is received at Sara's Garden Center site.

Inaccurate Shipment

For returns related to inaccurate shipments, please contact Sara's Garden Center customer service at info@sarasgardencenter.com within 5 days of shipment to report issue. Sara's Garden Center has the right to request that all returns are subject to inspection, either via pictures or inspection at own site. If a return is requested, using the Sara's Garden Center provided return slip, customer must ship item back to Sara's Garden Center site. Sara's Garden Center will credit the customer’s account the full refund of total order amount (product cost plus freight) and return freight once inventory is received at Sara's Garden Center site.
